Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts and YouTube channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X)
• Publish social content and respond to audience interactions
• Create email campaigns and flyers using Total Expert and The Cube
• Plan webinars for B2B and B2C audiences
• Expand and strengthen the brand's online presence
• Collaborate on video production, publishing and distribution
• Support business development and grow the referral partner database
• Manage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach
• Create and manage digital advertising campaigns
• Identify market opportunities and property listings for targeted marketing to real estate pros
• Generate prospective leads and referrals

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 1 year of relevant marketing experience, including social media marketing, email campaigns, paid advertising, or related digital marketing activities
• Experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms, preferred
• Ability to accurately and reliably collect data from publicly available sources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Identify fixer-upper properties and relevant property listings for targeted marketing to real estate professionals
• Generate prospective customer and referral partner leads
• Collect and organize relevant data from publicly available sources
