Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial services, payments, loan operations, or a related field
- Previous experience in payment processing or loan operations is an advantage
- Knowledge of billing and invoicing processes
- Good Microsoft Excel skills are an advantage
- Ability to handle callbacks and emails and communicate effectively with the team
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
- Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
- Willingness to undergo cross-training between the DCM and Liability Management teams

Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the daily workload, ensuring activities are completed within defined deadlines.
- Manage various lifecycle workstreams, including interest payment date processes, conversion processing, and transfer processing.
- Input relevant data into internal systems.
- Serve as an integral member of the Liability Management product team.
- Process payments through core banking providers.
- Reconcile accounts.
- Handle transfers and exchanges, ensuring requests comply with transaction documentation and applicable transfer fees are collected.
- Review and understand deal documentation across relevant jurisdictions.
- Respond to client queries promptly.
- Handle audit requests.
- Assist with the Cash Manager function.
- Highlight areas requiring improvement in processes and procedures.
- Work with the team manager to direct and embed process improvements.
- Maintain high standards within the team, particularly regarding data input and professional communication with all counterparties.
- Remain vigilant regarding risks, ensuring they are mitigated where possible.
- Escalate risks to senior staff at the earliest opportunity when appropriate.
- Adhere to organizational values and provide exceptional client service.
