Job summary

Citco Group Limited is seeking a Vice President to lead the Operating Model, Product & Client Solutions within Strategic Operations. This global role will drive end-to-end operating model design, scalable product solutions, and complex client implementations across regions.

You will work closely with Operations, IT, and client teams to deliver change from problem to adoption, including testing, documentation, and client-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in private assets accounting or operations.
• Hands-on experience with process improvement, system implementation, or project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of private assets processes—GL, capital activity, fee/waterfall, financial statements, investor reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Excellent client-facing communication and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Document current end-to-end state and design target state processes.
• Build a business case for change with quantified effort, risk, and benefits.
• Draft business requirements and support IT through build and delivery.
• Plan and execute testing, including UAT and defect resolution.
• Support client pitches, POCs, and presentations with operational input.
• Assist in onboarding client structures and complex transitions on accounting platforms.
