Citco is seeking a Senior Vice President for Operating Model, Product & Client Solutions to lead end-to-end redesigns for Private Assets services. You will translate client needs into scalable operating models, establish standards across regions and drive adoption with cross-functional teams.

You will engage with Client Services, Product and Integration teams, manage marquee client transitions, and mentor rotational colleagues while reporting progress to senior stakeholders.

Competenze

• 12–15 years’ experience in private assets or financial services.
• Proven delivery of operating model redesign, process re-engineering or transformation initiatives.
• Ability to design for scale across jurisdictions and end-to-end service delivery.
• Experience managing large client relationships with credibility in front of clients.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end operating model and product redesign for Private Assets services.
• Translate pain points into defined scope, business case and plan.
• Define target operating model including roles, handoffs, controls, and location strategy.
• Develop and implement standards across regions to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Represent Operations in client pitches, POCs and solution design.
• Lead complex client transitions and implementations from an Operations perspective.
• Coordinate with Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement and AI focus areas where needed.
• Mentor rotational colleagues joining from the business.
• Report on progress, risks and benefits to leaders.
