Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead end-to-end operating model and product redesign for Private Assets services. You will drive strategic transformations, shape scalable solutions, and ensure client commitments are operationally deliverable across regions.

You will also coordinate with Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement and Digital Workflow teams to align data and automation needs with client requirements, while mentoring rotational colleagues and reporting

Qualifications

• 12–15 years’ experience in private assets or similar environment.
• Proven delivery of operating model redesign, process re-engineering or transformation.
• Strong knowledge of private assets accounting and operations.
• Ability to design end-to-end services for scale across jurisdictions.
• Experience with large client relationships and credible client facing presence.
• Ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operating model and product redesign for Private Assets services.
• Translate pain points into scope, business case and delivery plan.
• Define target operating model including roles, handoffs and controls.
• Develop and implement standards across regions for consistency.
• Represent Operations in client pitches, POCs and solution design.
• Lead complex client transitions and implementations from an Operations stance.
• Oversee marquee solution reuse assessment and productisation opportunities.
• Coordinate with Data, Reporting, Platform Enablement and AI focus areas.
• Mentor rotational colleagues and report progress to senior stakeholders.
