Citco seeks a Senior Vice President to lead end-to-end operating model and product redesign for Private Assets services. You will translate pain points into scope, define the target operating model, and drive adoption across regions and marquee clients.

With 12–15 years’ experience in private assets, you will shape scalable solutions, manage key client relationships and mentor rotational colleagues while coordinating with data, platform and automation teams.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years’ experience in private assets.
• Proven delivery of operating model redesign or transformation initiatives in financial services.
• Strong technical knowledge of private assets accounting and operations.
• The ability to design end-to-end services and scale across jurisdictions.
• Experience with large or complex client relationships and credible client engagement.
• Ability to productise bespoke solutions for wider adoption.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting and platform teams and translating needs into requirements.
• Strong leadership of professionals, including rotational staff.
• Skilled in business planning, budgeting and stakeholder negotiation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end operating model and product redesign for Private Assets services.
• Translate pain points into scope, business case and delivery plan.
• Define target operating model including roles, handoffs, controls and location strategy.
• Develop and implement best practice standards across regions.
• Act as Operations voice in client pitches, POCs and solution design.
• Lead operational solution design for marquee clients with Product and Client Integration.
• Own marquee solution reuse assessment and rollout.
• Lead complex client transitions and implementations from Operations perspective.
• Coordinate with Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement and AI focus areas.
• Report progress, risks and benefits realisation to leaders.
