Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead end-to-end operating model and product redesign for Private Assets services. Based globally, you will drive end-to-end delivery, define the target operating model, and shape scalable solutions across regions to meet client commitments.

Qualifications

• Delivery of operating model redesign or business transformation in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of private assets accounting and operations.
• Ability to design end-to-end services scalable across jurisdictions.
• Experience managing large client relationships with credibility.
• Ability to productise bespoke solutions for broader adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operating model and product redesign for Private Assets services.
• Define target operating model, roles, handoffs, controls and locations.
• Develop and implement standards across regions for consistency and efficiency.
• Act as Operations voice in client pitches, POCs and solution design.
• Own the marquee solution reuse assessment and rollout.
• Lead complex client transitions from an Operations standpoint.
