Job summary

Citco is seeking an Executive Vice President, Operating Model & Product to own and shape the Private Assets operating model globally. You will steer end-to-end service delivery, define scalable products, and lead cross-functional teams across Operations, IT and client groups.

Your track record should include delivering large-scale operating model or product re-engineering initiatives with adoption and executive stakeholder credibility.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years’ experience in fund administration or related financial services.
• Deep knowledge of private assets operating models, fund structures and end-to-end service models.
• Strong executive stakeholder management with credibility in front of clients and leaders.
• Commercial judgement — ability to assess what we can deliver and price.
• Portfolio and programme governance experience managing competing priorities.
• Strong leadership with supervisory experience including rotational staff.
• Skilled in business planning, budgeting and stakeholder negotiation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics; professional accounting designation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for the Private Assets operating model end to end.
• Lead the Operating Model, Product & Client Solutions focus area balancing long-term and client demand.
• Represent strategic operations in client pitches and strategic direction setting.
• Own the marquee solution reuse agenda and drive rollout across clients.
• Partner with Operations, IT and client teams to align change and remove duplication.
• Govern the transformation portfolio: prioritisation, resourcing, budget, risk and reporting.
• Establish plans for new client setup, transitions and complex implementations.
• Build and develop the team, including rotational colleagues.
• Coordinate routing of work to the right groups and ensure efficient handoffs.
• Represent Strategic Operations at leadership forums.
