Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking an Executive Vice President, Operating Model & Product for a global, permanent role. You will own the Private Assets operating model, shaping end-to-end service delivery and client commitments, while leading a cross-functional team across operations, IT and client solutions.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, drive transformation programs and ensure scalable product solutions.

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering large-scale operating model or product re‑engineering initiatives.
Deep knowledge of private assets operating models, fund structures and end‑to‑end service model.
Strong executive stakeholder management with credibility in front of clients and senior leadership.
Commercial judgement to assess what we can deliver and price, and to hold that line in client conversations.

Responsibilities

Set the direction for the Private Assets operating model—define end-to-end services and build the case for change with senior stakeholders.
Lead the Operating Model, Product & Client Solutions focus area, balancing transformation priorities with client demand.
Represent strategic operations in client pitches, POCs and direction setting to ensure sellable services.
Own the marquee solution reuse agenda and rollout across the book of clients.
Partner with Operations, IT and client teams to align change activity and remove duplication.
Govern the transformation portfolio including prioritisation, resourcing, budget, risk and reporting.
Plan for new client setups, transitions and complex implementations across functions.
