Job summary

The Citco Group Limited seeks a Vice President for Operating Model, Product & Client Solutions to lead end-to-end operational design. You will drive transformation initiatives across global teams, shaping scalable products and client solutions with a focus on adoption and measurable impact.

You will oversee change from requirements through deployment, partnering with IT, Transformation Office, and client operations to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in private assets accounting or operations.
• Hands-on process improvement and project delivery experience.
• Strong analytical and client-facing communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; professional designation preferred.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define operating model requirements and lead end-to-end design from problem to adoption.
• Quantify change impact and build business cases for change initiatives.
• Draft business requirements and support IT through build and testing.
• Coordinate client onboarding and governance activities.
• Ensure changes are trained and adopted by operations teams.
