Citco Group Limited is seeking an Executive Vice President, Operating Model & Product to lead the Private Assets operating model. You will define services end to end, balance transformation with client demand, and partner across Operations, IT and client teams to drive strategic initiatives.

The role involves senior leadership in global rotations, developing marquee solutions, and ensuring deliverability across the business. Strong governance and budgeting experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years’ experience in fund administration or related financial services.
• Experience in operating model or product re-engineering initiatives.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the Private Assets operating model end to end.
• Lead the Operating Model, Product & Client Solutions focus area.
• Act as senior Operations voice in client pitches and strategic direction.
