Job summary

Citco seeks an Executive Vice President, Operating Model & Product to lead Strategic Operations for Private Assets, shaping end-to-end service delivery and scalable product solutions.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across global offices to drive transformation, governance and client outcomes, while building and guiding a high-performing team including rotational colleagues.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated record of large-scale operating model or product re-engineering with adoption.
• Deep knowledge of private assets operating models and fund structures.
• Strong executive stakeholder management with client credibility.
• Commercial judgement to assess deliverability and pricing.
• Programme governance experience managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end operating model for Private Assets and secure senior buy-in.
• Lead the Operating Model, Product & Client Solutions focus area and balance priorities.
• Represent Strategic Operations in client pitches, POCs and strategy discussions.
• Own the marquee solution reuse agenda across the client portfolio.
• Coordinate with IT, Transformation Office and client teams to align change.
