Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a Vice President for Operating Model, Product & Client Solutions. This globally focused role anchors in strategic locations, with either a permanent or 12-month rotational assignment within Strategic Operations.

You will lead end-to-end operating model changes, define scalable product solutions, and support complex client onboarding across accounting platforms. Strong private assets knowledge, process discipline and client-facing confidence are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in private assets accounting or operations.
• Hands-on experience with process improvement, system implementation or project delivery.
• Strong technical knowledge of private assets processes — general ledger, capital activity, fee and waterfall calculations, financial statements and investor reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interrogate data to support recommendations.
• Confident in front of clients and able to explain operational constraints clearly.
• PM skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel) and familiarity with reporting/workflow/automation tooling is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Document current state end to end, identify root causes, and design the target state process.
• Build the case for change—quantifying effort, risk and benefit in business terms.
• Write and agree business requirements with IT and Transformation Office and support delivery.
• Design, plan and execute testing including UAT, and manage defects to sign-off.
• Translate client requirements into an operational design for build and run.
• Support implementation of fund structures, new client setups, complex client transitions and onboarding on accounting platforms.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure change is understood, trained and adopted.
• Produce project documentation, status reporting and ad hoc analysis as required.
