You will manage data governance, collaborate with stakeholders, and oversee ATS usage while optimizing communication with candidates and partners. This role requires on-site presence at Ibex Davao Felcris Site.

Qualifications

• Education: Completed at least 2nd year in College. Preferred degrees in Business Administration, HR or Psychology.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in volume recruiting; Assistant Manager experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with MS Office/Outlook; capable of professional email communication; comfortable with video conferencing and calendars; familiar with ATS; able to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Sustain data integrity and governance of applicant tracking data.
• Project management for recruitment initiatives at the site.
• Manage stakeholders and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with sourcing partners to meet headcount targets.
• Monitor and audit recruitment compliance for the site.
