Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for high-volume hiring requirements across multiple positions, locations, and accounts.
• Translate client hiring requirements into effective recruitment strategies and actionable delivery plans.
• Ensure recruitment teams consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
• Monitor candidate pipeline movement from sourcing, screening, assessment, interview, offer, and onboarding.
• Identify recruitment bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve hiring turnaround time.
• Ensure recruitment commitments are aligned with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Manage multiple hiring campaigns simultaneously while maintaining delivery accuracy and candidate quality.
