Job summary

ibex in the Philippines seeks an experienced HR leader to manage labor and employment concerns, shape employee relations and drive high-performance culture. The role focuses on aligning engagement initiatives with organizational goals and ensuring branding of employee services.

The candidate will implement engagement calendars, monitor retention metrics, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws while leading a team through change and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, HRM or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in General HR; 3 years in managerial capacity focusing on Employee Relations and Engagement.
• Experience in large-scale BPOs is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws.
• Willing to work in Davao and flexible graveyard shifts.
• MA in Industrial Psychology or related discipline is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements annual employee engagement calendar.
• Oversees employee relations at operational and strategic levels to foster high performance and participation.
• Ensures compliance with government HR rules.
• Develops methods to measure employee satisfaction.
• Drives engagement initiatives toward retention.
• Tracks metrics on development, attrition and satisfaction.
