Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a focused Recruitment Specialist to perform end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding for selected applicants.

Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, preparing employment contracts, and supporting hiring targets. The role requires excellent English communication, attention to detail, and willingness to work on-site at times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field (preferred)
• Preferably 1 year of recruitment experience in a BPO/recruitment firm handling end-to-end recruitment for non-agent positions
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
• Strong planning, time management, and decision-making skills
• Willing to work different shifts when needed
• Able to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Highly attentive to details

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates for external requirements
• Generate leads and build a strong candidate pool to increase talent database
• Profile initial and behavioral interviews, and present qualified non-agent candidates to hiring managers
• Schedule department interviews with the appropriate hiring managers
• Oversee and facilitate a smooth internal promotions hiring process
• Encode necessary information into the HR system accurately and timely
• Prepare employment contracts with accuracy in starting dates and program allocation
• Support the team in meeting hiring targets
