Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2nd year in College without back.
• Business Administration, BSBA HR or BS Psychology graduate or equivalent is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with BPO or Recruitment experience in any industry.

Responsibilities

• Converts applicants endorsed from Initial Interview to Job.
• Follow scheduled turnaround times to monitor and process applicants in real time.
• Build strong rapport to ensure candidate and selection process progress smoothly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily business needs.
• Calibrate with stakeholders to identify the best applicant profiles for the program.
• Ensure high fill rate and completion rate for all applicants.
