Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruitment for niche and technology roles across offshore/global locations. The role requires building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering strategic sourcing within SLA.

The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive market intelligence, screen candidates, and ensure a positive onboarding experience, while working in a hybrid setup across Metro Manila sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related fields is preferred.
• At least 4 to 6 years of work experience managing niche/Technical/global/offshore related positions from a BPO Company handling end-to-end recruitment.
• Proven success in recruiting for niche or unique positions with hard to source skills.
• Technical expertise to understand and explain IT roles (Developers, Software Engineer, Network Engineer, DevOps, etc.).
• Experience sourcing for offshore locations (US, Pakistan, Honduras, Jamaica, Nicaragua, India).
• Extensive experience managing stakeholders from calibration sessions to offer negotiations.
• Ability to create strategic sourcing strategies to deliver hiring needs within SLA.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking System tools.
• Detail oriented, multi-tasking and highly analytical.
• Proven planning and decision-making skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work mid shift and adjust schedule as needed.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup and at any Ibex site in Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment including intake calls/calibration meetings, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
• Manage recruiting for various roles including niche, technology, offshore/global roles and other hiring requirements.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted partner and advisor.
• Identify and source active and passive candidates using various sourcing strategies.
• Perform market intelligence research to check availability and pay competitiveness.
• Conduct behavioral screening, candidate profiling and job matching.
• Provide excellent candidate experience during onboarding.
• Handle other recruiting and sourcing tasks as needed.
