IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Supervisor (Volume Hiring) to lead high-volume hiring efforts in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will manage a team of recruiters, drive end-to-end delivery, and ensure targets across multiple accounts are met.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and deep knowledge of volume recruitment strategies, with a focus on process improvement and stakeholder collaboration in a dynamic setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven volume hiring experience within BPO/shared services.
• Strong recruitment lifecycle knowledge, sourcing strategies, and metrics.
• Experience handling large-scale hiring ramps and multi-account recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists/Recruiters.
• Set performance expectations and monitor KPIs, quality, and productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews, calibrations, and coaching sessions.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles across accounts.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, Operations, and HR partners; provide insights.
• Drive process improvements, optimize sourcing channels, and ensure candidate experience.
• Track metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and use data to drive decisions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, labor regulations, and audit readiness.
