Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 months of technical support or help desk experience.
Strong computer skills across multiple software applications.
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Basic understanding of voice, data, and networking concepts.
Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

Review site surveys to determine voice service requirements.
Perform provisioning tasks and manage voice services.
Use BroadWorks-based tools to design and build services.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Manage number porting activities.
Monitor order status and update provisioning progress.
Communicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Take ownership from setup through installation.
