Job summary

Resolv Global in Dagupan, Philippines, is seeking technically minded MACD Representatives to provisioning and manage customer voice services in a hosted VoIP environment. You will work with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure services are configured, activated, documented, and delivered per requirements.

The role suits someone with technical support, helpdesk, networking, or VoIP experience who takes ownership and works well across teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of technical support or help desk experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple software applications.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review site surveys and scope-of-work docs to determine voice service requirements.
• Participate in voice gap analysis reviews and identify provisioning requirements.
• Use reports and internal systems to complete voice provisioning tasks on time.
• Use BroadWorks-based tools to design and build customer voice services.
• Communicate technical requirements and business needs to customers, vendors, and teams.
• Manage telephone number porting activities with internal and external teams.
• Monitor order and implementation status and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate updates throughout the provisioning process.
• Ensure customer requests are properly implemented and documented.
• Take ownership from initial setup through successful installation.
• Handle multiple requests with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Explain technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
