Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of technical support or help desk experience.
• Strong computer skills across multiple software applications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong keyboard and mouse skills.
• Basic understanding of voice, data, and networking concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work.
• Comfortable working in a structured and accountable environment.
• Willingness to work overnight schedule aligned with U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Review surveys and scope to determine voice service requirements.
• Identify provisioning requirements via voice gap analysis reviews.
• Use reports and internal systems to complete provisioning tasks on time.
• Design and build voice services using BroadWorks-based tools.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, account managers, and internal teams.
• Manage telephone number porting activities with teams.
• Monitor order and implementation status and escalate issues.
• Maintain updates throughout provisioning.
• Ensure customer requests are implemented and documented.
• Take ownership from setup to successful installation.
• Handle multiple requests with speed and accuracy.
• Explain technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
