Responsibilities

• Obtains and verifies information received from clients through calls and emails to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Inputs validated data in client-supplied application according to project specs.
• Conducts follow-up calls or emails to ensure information orders are processed timely.
• Raises queries for unclear instructions and informs supervisor of discrepancies to ensure deliverables are correct.
• Reports issues with client-supplied applications and machine/network breakdowns to supervisor promptly.
• Attends training and orientations to fulfill department and client needs per contract terms.

Job description

Under the direct supervision of the Line Leader, the Voice Service Associate (VSA) is responsible for obtaining and verifying information from clients, vendors, business partners, or sales leads through calls and emails in accordance with the client's quality requirements and specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtains and verifies information received from client through calls and emails to check accuracy and completeness of gathered data.
• Inputs validated data in client-supplied application in accordance with project specifications.
• Conducts follow up calls or emails to ensure information orders are processed within specified turnaround time.
• Raises queries for any unclear instructions and informs immediate superior of any discrepancies and problems encountered while doing the assigned task to make certain that all deliverables are completed accurately and properly.
• Reports all issues encountered with client-supplied applications and machine/network breakdown to immediate superior on a timely manner for a seamless production
• Attends and completes training course, project orientations, job-related training, and/or other company-initiated training when applicable and necessary to fulfill satisfactory needs of the department and clients adhering to the specific terms and conditions indicated in the signed contract/training agreement.
• Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations.
