Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtains and verifies client information via phone and email; inputs data into the client application per specs.
• Conducts follow-up to ensure orders are processed within turnaround time.
• Checks accuracy and completeness of gathered data.
• Adheres to the channel's SOPs and work instructions.
• Attends project orientation and training when required.
• Reports issues with client applications to immediate superior.
• Reports machine/network breakdown to immediate superior.
• Ensures compliance with company rules and regulations.
• Reports security incidents or weaknesses.

1. Obtains and verifies information received from client through phone calls and emails, and inputs validated data in client-supplied application in accordance with project specifications.
2. Conducts follow up calls or emails to ensure information orders are processed within specified turn-around time.
3. Checks accuracy and completeness of gathered data.
4. Adheres to the channel’s standard operating procedures and work instructions.
5. Attends project orientation, job-related training, and/or other company-initiated training when necessary.
6. Reports all issues encountered with client-supplied applications to immediate superior.
7. Reports machine/network breakdown to immediate superior.
8. Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations.
9. Reports security incidents and/or any identified security weaknesses.

Qualifications:

• At least completed 2 years course.
• Experience with title/escrow processes or a related field.
• 1 year relevant and related experience in the BPO industry is preferred.
