Private Advertiser is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join an in-house financial services account serving customers in Australia and New Zealand. The role focuses on voice-based interactions and resolving banking-related inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

The CSR will handle high-volume calls, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and ensure adherence to processes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of customer service experience, preferably supporting banking or financial services.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent active listening and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable handling voice-based customer interactions and a high volume of calls.
• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, payments, or related industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional, courteous, and efficient assistance.
• Assist customers with banking and financial service-related inquiries and concerns.
