Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is hiring a Client Service Specialist for our Retail Banking account. This voice role suits banking professionals with sales and client service experience, based in the Philippines and working onsite or hybrid.

You will provide voice support, acquire new clients, cross-sell products, manage portfolios, meet sales targets, and document interactions in line with banking protocols.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, or Investments required.
• Must have voice account experience - B2 level English or higher.
• Combined experience as Voice CSR + Retail Banking is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service via voice support for retail banking customers.
• Acquire new clients and help grow CASA and deposit accounts.
• Cross-sell banking products including loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products.
• Manage client portfolios and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet sales targets and deliver quality customer service.
