Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Experience in visa processing, travel or related industry.
• At least supervisory or senior-level experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of visa documentation and processes.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple applications and work under pressure.
• Experience handling maritime or travel agency accounts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day visa processing activities and ensure timely completion of applications.
• Handle visa applications for various client segments including seafarers, sub-agents, and walk-in clients.
• Review documents and ensure completeness and accuracy based on embassy requirements.
• Assist in handling escalations, urgent requests, and priority cases.
• Support VIP client handling when needed.
• Coordinate with embassies, agencies, and partners for updates and processing requirements.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure adherence to service standards.
• Provide guidance and support to visa processing staff.
• Maintain accurate records, tracking, and reporting of visa applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
