You will manage team leaders, drive performance through metrics, and maintain strong relationships with embassies and external partners. Excellent communication and strategic planning are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in visa processing or travel management.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of global visa requirements.
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
