Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Visa Supervisor to lead the Visa and Documentation Department in Makati City.

This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing end-to-end processing of complex visa applications, maintaining high approval rates, and ensuring compliance with international embassy regulations and data privacy laws. You will mentor a team of Visa Specialists, manage operational deadlines, and engage with embassies, consulates, and providers to support corporate, Marine, FIT, and VIP clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Management, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of visa processing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of documentation requirements for major global regions (Schengen, North America, UK, ANZ).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the visa department, ensuring all applications for Corporate, Marine, FIT, and VIP clients are processed accurately and within deadlines.
• Monitor global visa policy changes and proactively update internal SOPs and client notices.
• Mentor, train, and conduct performance appraisals for Team Leaders and Visa Specialists.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with embassies, consulates, and third-party providers (VFS, BLS, etc.).
• Conduct final audits of high-value applications and manage the department's analysis of notices of refusal to improve approval ratings.
• Handle high-level escalations and provide expert consultation for VIP and C-suite corporate clients.
