Travel & Tours in Makati City is seeking a Visa Compliance Supervisor to oversee daily visa compliance operations and ensure accurate, efficient processing of visa applications. The role requires leadership experience within the visa processing domain and a strong grasp of embassy requirements.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, coordinate with embassies and travel partners, and uphold high standards of service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in visa processing, visa compliance, or travel industry.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of visa procedures, embassy requirements, and documentation standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage day-to-day visa compliance and processing operations.
• Review visa applications and documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to embassy, consular, and immigration requirements.
• Monitor processing timelines and maintain high service quality.
• Handle escalations, complex visa cases, and compliance concerns.
• Train, mentor, and support visa processing staff.
• Conduct quality checks and compliance reviews to minimize errors and risks.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and external partners.
• Monitor team productivity and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation management.
