Job summary

PM Consulting in Metro Manila seeks a Visa Supervisor to lead our Visa and Documentation Department, overseeing end-to-end processing of complex visa applications for corporate, marine, FIT, and VIP clients. You will manage a team of specialists, ensure compliance with international embassy regulations and the Philippine Data Privacy Act, and drive high approval success rates through process improvements.

The role requires strategic oversight, stakeholder liaison with embassies and consulates,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Management, Intl Relations or equivalent.
• 5–8 years visa processing experience, 3+ years in supervision.
• Knowledge of Schengen, North America, UK, ANZ visa requirements.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end visa processing for corporate, marine, FIT, and VIP clients.
• Lead and mentor Visa Specialists; conduct performance appraisals.
• Monitor policy changes and update SOPs and client advisories.
• Maintain compliance with Philippine DP Act and data security standards.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and third-party providers.
