About the Company
We are a leading business-to-business (B2B) travel distribution company and online booking solutions provider based in Makati City. We are seeking a seasoned, meticulous, and highly reliableVisa Documentation Officerto join our team. In this role, you will be the anchor of our Visa Department, ensuring smooth, accurate, and professional processing of visa and passport applications for our valued individual and group clients.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Application Lifecycle Management: Efficiently handled the end-to-end processing of visa and passport applications for individuals and corporate groups.
- Document Verification: Thoroughly audit client forms, financial papers, and identify documents against strict embassy requirements to guarantee accuracy & completeness.
- Appointment and Liaison: Secure visa appointment slots across various embassy portals and third-party application centers (such as VFS and BLS).
- Client Advisory: Serve as the main point of contact, providing clear, polite, and professional guidance on requirements and application statuses.
- Compliance & Updates: Stay continuously updated on changing embassy policies, fees and procedures-particularly for Schengen, US, and other high-demand destinations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain secure records and safely coordinate passport pickups, courier transits, and external liaison tasks.
Required Technical & Industry Tool Experties:
- B2B Distribution & API Platforms: Proficiency navigating wholesale travel distribution engines, B2B booking APIs, and consolidator platforms.
- Global Distribution System (GDS): Hands-on experience with Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport to verify PNRs, flight itineraries, and automated hotel vouchers.
- Embassy Portals and Third-Party Platforms: Proficient in scheduling and application platforms including VFS Global, BLS International, TLScontact, CEAC (US Visa), ImmiAccount (Australia), and IRCC (Canada), and official processing partners for Japan and South Korea.
- Data Security & Privacy: Practical knowledge of secure digital handling to comply fully with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173)
What We are Looking For (Job Requirements):
- Education: Must hold a University Degree
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in visa processing and travel documentation for both individual and group travelers.
- Visa Domain Knowledge:Deep and up-to-date knowledge of Schengen, US, and other major international visa processes is strictly required.
- Communication:Exceptional communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer booking systems.
- Work Ethic:Strong work ethic, absolute reliability, and the proven ability to work under pressure to meet tight embassy deadlines.
- Personality:A genuinely kind, polite, and client-oriented approach to customer service.
- Advantage:Possessing an existing travel clientele for visa services is a distinct advantage.
