Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of visa processing experience.
• Deep knowledge of Schengen and US visa processes.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).

• Ability to work under pressure to meet embassy deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of visa and passport applications for individuals and corporate groups.
• Audit client forms, financial documents, and ensure accuracy to embassy requirements.
• Schedule visa appointments across embassy portals and third‑party centers (VFS, BLS).
• Provide clear guidance on requirements and application statuses to clients.
• Stay updated on embassy policies, fees, and procedures for Schengen, US, and other destinations.
• Coordinate passport pickups, courier transits, and external liaison tasks.
