Job summary

RELX International is seeking an Events Coordinator to support end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event processes for conferences and webinars. You will manage speaker data, bios, assets, and registrations while coordinating with speakers and sponsors for seamless virtual experiences.

Responsibilities include live hosting assistance, rehearsals, and post-event analytics. The role requires at least 1 year in events or operations and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in events, operations, or back-office support.
• Experience working with global or cross-functional stakeholders is an advantage.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms and tools like Gleanin is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event processes for conferences and webinars.
• Manage speaker and session information, bios, headshots, logos, and synopses.
• Build and configure registration pages and virtual event platforms.
• Provide technical and operational support during live webinars and sessions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (BU, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Sponsors).
• Download, clean, and deduplicate analytics and performance reports.
