RELX INC. MANILA is looking for a diligent events/operations specialist to support end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event analytics for conferences and webinars.

You will manage speaker data, assets, and registration flow, while coordinating with global teams and sponsors to ensure seamless virtual experiences. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 1 year of experience in events, operations, or back-office support.
• Experience working with global or cross-functional stakeholders is an advantage.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms, CMS, and tools like Gleanin is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Aufgaben

• Content Management & Pre-Production: manage speaker information, bios, assets, pages.
• Event Execution (Production): provide tech support during live webinars, host or co-host sessions.
• Post-Event Reporting & Analytics: download and deliver analytics, recordings, and reports.
• Stakeholder & Operational Support: coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain trackers.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance event quality and efficiency.
