Job summary

Relx Plc in the Philippines is seeking a Conference and Seminar Executive II to support end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event processes for conferences and webinars. You will ensure content accuracy, technical readiness, and seamless collaboration with speakers, sponsors, and teams.

The role involves managing speaker details, creating registration pages, coordinating live sessions, and delivering post-event analytics and recordings to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1 year of experience in events, operations, or back-office support.
• Experience with global/cross-functional stakeholders is a plus.
• Proficient communication (written and spoken) in English; strong presentation skills.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms, CMS, and Gleanin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage speaker and session details, bios, headshots, logos, synopses, and assets.
• Build and configure registration pages, Atlas Showcase pages, and virtual event platforms.
• Provide technical and operational support during live webinars and sessions; moderate when needed.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders via email, calls, and meetings.
• Collect and analyze post-event data; prepare reports and share insights.
