Job summary

Newport World Resorts is seeking a Host Operations Officer to assist VIP casino guests during visits. You will coordinate guest gaming activities and stays, support membership and events inquiries, and ensure smooth interaction with various departments to deliver a premium guest experience.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of college, hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

Two years of college completed.
Hospitality or gaming/customer service background is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate arrangements for guest gaming activities and stays across departments.
Assist guests with membership, gaming programs, promotions and events inquiries.
Facilitate guest program buy-in, settlements and gaming account inquiries at the Cage.
