Job summary

Qualifications

College level education required.
Prior customer service experience in related field.
Must not be colorblind and no physical deformities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill and deep-seated customer service orientation.
Ability to handle customer related disputes.
Excellent guest service and people skills.
Strong analytical ability required.
No felony, that stealing convictions.
Must be able successfully pass pre-employment exam, drug/alcohol screen, background in investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license.

Responsibilities

Monitor player movement in the gaming area and coordinate with concerned parties.
Provide stellar customer services to Midori guests to the best of their ability.
