Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. is seeking a dedicated VIP Relationship Manager to serve as the primary liaison for high-value players in the online gaming space in the Philippines.

You will tailor game recommendations, promotions, and events, monitor activity for retention and growth, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Payments and Support to ensure seamless service and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in VIP services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and manage relationships with diverse personalities
• Experience in online gaming, iGaming, or casino industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• VIP Relationship Management: Serve as the dedicated liaison for assigned VIP players, offering personalized assistance and support.
• VIP Relationship Management: Proactively engage with VIP players to understand their needs, preferences, and motivations.
• VIP Relationship Management: Provide tailored recommendations on games, promotions, and events to enhance player experience.
• VIP Relationship Management: Anticipate issues, resolve complaints, and ensure seamless problem resolution.
• Player Retention & Growth: Monitor VIP activity, ensuring consistent engagement and retention of high-value players.
• Player Retention & Growth: Develop individualized rewards, bonuses, and offers aligned with player profiles.
• Player Retention & Growth: Track and report VIP performance, contribution, and profitability.
• Player Retention & Growth: Identify and upsell opportunities through personalized events.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, payments, and customer support teams to deliver seamless service.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide feedback on VIP preferences and trends to optimize promotions and campaigns.
