Responsibilities

• Render good customer service to club members.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Slot Machine Technical teams on promo implementations.
• Assist in upkeep of slot machines and interdepartmental communications.
• Assist new members in signing up and educating them on cashless system.
• Conduct regular site inspections.
• Monitor F&B signing and verification of orders.
• Encode, counterchecking and validation of order slips.
• Issue car parking validation to VIP members.
• Coordinate marketing and promotion activities with the Marketing Department.
• Assist VIP members in item redemptions and raffle ticket redemption.
