Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute VIP events, tournaments, launches, and promotional activities
• Coordinate logistics, venues, vendors, and supplies to ensure seamless event execution
• Collaborate with Marketing, VIP, Social media, and Operations teams to align event objectives with campaigns
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently
• Oversee on-site operations, ensuring smooth registration, setup, and guest experience
• Support VIP engagement during events, ensuring personalized attention and premium service
• Coordinate with entertainers, influencers, or partners as required for events
• Prepare post-event reports including attendance, feedback, and ROI evaluation
• Ensure all events comply with gaming regulations, safety protocols, and responsible gaming policies
• Maintain an organized event calendar, contacts, and documentation

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or casino-related events
• Experience managing VIP or high-profile guest events preferred
• Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, or public holidays
