Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts Clark is seeking an Executive Lounge Manager to lead daily operations of the Swiss Club Lounge and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role oversees VIP arrivals and departures, Lounge service delivery, F&B coordination, guest profiling, and team leadership. Strong hotel operations background and English proficiency are required, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience in 5‑star hospitality required.
• Strong background in hotel operations; Front Office or Executive Lounge experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and PMS systems

Responsabilités

• Oversee VIP arrivals and departures and lounge service delivery.
• Coordinate F&B and guest profiling for personalized service.
• Lead and develop lounge team; ensure continuity in absence of FOM.
• Maintain exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
