Qualifications

• Graduate of four (4) year collegiate course, preferably in Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management or related course.
• Minimum of 2-5 year of relevant experience in Front Office operations or hospitality or hotel management.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and handling complaints professionally.
• Proven track record of leading a team in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Rooms Division operations to ensure efficient, effective and profitable performance.
• Provide leadership and direction to all Rooms Division departments.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.
• Control costs while delivering quality guest service and products.
