Job summary

Swissôtel Clark in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, seeks a seasoned Front Office Leader to oversee Guest Services and lobby operations, delivering seamless service and guest safety.

As on‑duty representative of Senior Management in the lobby and public areas, you will resolve guest issues with tact, speed, and brand‑aligned excellence.

You will lead a professional team, uphold Accor standards, and foster a warm, attentive guest experience in a busy luxury hotel.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in hotel operations (Front Office/Guest Services).
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
• Working knowledge of MS Office 360 applications.
• Opera PMS Proficiency.
• High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Guest Services and lobby operations.
• Ensure seamless Front Office service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Act as on-duty representative of Senior Management in lobby and public areas.
