Qualifications

• Fluent in Vietnamese (reading, writing, speaking).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year travel industry exposure or similar experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication with clients and partners.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel reservations, blocks, and rate updates.
• Monitor inventory systems and forecast needs.
• Send forecasts and adjust hotel allocations as required.
