Cloudstaff is hiring a Supplier Success Professional (Korean) in Pampanga. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, developing and maintaining a prequalification system for contractors, suppliers and vendors, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

You will interact via phone, email and chat, verify regulatory details, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve product functionality while contributing to team KPIs and training junior staff.

Formación

• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
• Excellent communication in English and Korean.
• Willingness to attend training and work during peak season.
• Ability to research, resolve issues and provide customer-focused solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional support to all customers
• Interact directly with customers through telephone, email and chat
• Record details of interactions in Service Cloud (SFDC)
• Educate customers about new features and functionalities
• Gather customer feedback for Product, Sales and Marketing teams
• Escalate customer complaints and seek reach out options
• Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
