Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Supplier Success Professional (Thai) to be the first point of contact for customers while developing a world-class prequalification system for contractors, suppliers and vendors. The role is based in Pampanga, Philippines, working from the office with a morning shift.

You will support customers through phone, email and chat, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to drive customer experience and product improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
• Excellent communication skill – both written and orally (English/Thai).
• Ability to Active listen and think 2 steps ahead.
• Working PC knowledge, Windows preferred and related applications (IT industry is an advantage).
• An affinity for learning online software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to all customers.
• Interact directly with customers through telephone, email and chat.
• Escalate customer complaints and seek reach out options to provide additional assistance.
• Gather customer feedback and share with Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
• Educate customers about new features and functionalities.
