You will plan and develop tours, coordinate buses, guides, tickets, and travel logistics, manage bookings and schedules, and resolve disruptions to keep operations running smoothly. You will support sales teams, prepare cost estimates for customized requests, monitor profitability, and build strong relationships with partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Norwegian (spoken, written, and reading).
• 0–1 year travel industry experience or relevant exposure.
• Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication with global teams and partners.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop new tours.
• Coordinate buses, guides, tickets, and travel logistics.
• Manage bookings, schedules, and operational arrangements efficiently.
