Job summary

Cloudstaff is seeking a Vietnamese-speaking Supplier Operations Specialist in the Philippines to manage hotel reservations, blocks, and rate updates, while monitoring inventories and forecasts. You will coordinate with partner offices, ensure accurate records, and resolve client inquiries to optimize supplier relationships.

The role emphasizes negotiation with hotel suppliers, trend analysis, and cross-team collaboration to maintain high service levels and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Vietnamese (reading, writing, speaking).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year travel industry exposure or similar experience.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication with clients and partners.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
